Wesley Crusberg- My Ecperiance at the Lions Bridge

Many places in the world could make individuals gasp for air in sheer aw. On eplace around the Hampton Roads area is ni fact the Lions Bridge. this place is remarkable because of its surroundings. the Brigde itself is surrounded by two bodies of water, Lake Maury and The James River. the sites and sounds are remarkable because they are things that are only seen and heard at that location. during the day you see the sun refelcting of the water and colors in the trees espescially in the fall are breath taking. At night the way the moon reflets upon the water is just as remarkable as the sun. it is a place where you can finish a first date or go for a run. I personally go there to get away from my personal surroundings. It is a place where I can think and be me without any worries in the world. The stone Lions to me symbolize strengh and when I go there that is what they give me. July forth is the best time to go to this place and get away because the sites of the fireworks refelcting off the water is a site that is different from any other place in the world. this is a place where you do not have to be alone but in a different world away from everything that bothers you. That is waht this place is for me.
