Experience At Panther Falls Megan Napier

In August of 2006 me and some of my friends went on a weekend camping trip. We set up camp down at the bottom of the mountain and cooked dinner over the fire every night. For me I had camped on the beach before and in my backyard but I had never camped in the woods. It was quite an experience. It was great to get away from the city and just have time with my friends in the woods. One of the days we decided to ride up the mountain and we found beautiful streams that had small waterfalls. We followed the stream for a few miles and then headed farther up the mountain. We came to a small pull off on the side of the dirt road and started walking into the wilderness. As we were walking we saw this amazing spot. It was a huge waterfall with two huge rocks on each side! The waterfall lead into a 12 foot pool of fresh water. We spent the rest of our time at this spot, it was like our own paradise.
