"Sweet Sacrifice'- Anna Hubacer

In making nature sacred there is a passage about how William Bradford "gloats over John Masons destruction of the Pequots, including women and children burned their homes... calling the mass slaughter a 'sweet sacrific'" I think that this is completely disgusting. The idea of a massacure being called "sweet" is repulsive on all counts. This passage makes me angery every time that I read it. The fact that these "sacrifices" are what our country is built upon also really bothers me and is somethign I think people dont think about enough.
